In my role as a health educator and researcher I come across dozens of people each week suffering from chronic digestive issues all fundamentally bought about through the prolonged consumption of poor or sub-standard food. Commonsense will tell most people (although it is fast becoming a dying phenomenon) that if you eat something and minutes or even hours later your suffer from pain in your stomach that something is amiss.
